Are there any charges for using myPennMedicine?

myPennMedicine is a free service for our patients.

What is an activation code?

When you register with myPennMedicine for the first time, you need your activation code, zip code, date of birth, and in some cases, your social security number. If this is your first login, select the New User link and follow the instructions to enter your activation code.

Is my activation code my username?

MyPennMedicine usernames and passwords are not your activation code. You only use the activation code once to login to myPennMedicine for the first time. When logging into myPennMedicine for the first time, you will be asked to create your own myPennMedicine username and password.

What if I forget my password?

Use forgotten password? You can use the form to create a new password. If you follow the instructions and answer the reset password question correctly, you can reset your password.

What happens if I forget my myPennMedicine username?

Select Forgot Username? On the myPennMedicine login page. Fill out the form to receive your myPennMedicine username. If you do not remember this information or have not provided a valid email address, you will need to contact your myPennMedicine system administrator at 866-614-7606 to regain access to your account.

When will my test results be available on myPennMedicine?

You will be automatically notified by email when a new test result is available. You can also change test result notification settings.

What is pre-registration?

Pre-registration allows you to complete some pre-processing tasks in myPennMedicine and myPennMedicine app before going to a Penn drug provider. This allows you to sign up for the consultation as soon as you arrive.

How quickly can I use preregistration for an appointment?

If available, you can pre-register up to four days before an agreed-upon appointment.
